LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

Ltd. and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If we waive any breach of these Terms, such waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NOFFER.IN.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOFFER.IN regarding the Service. This agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between you and us.
